Key Responsibilities
Revenue Architecture & Strategy Design and manage the revenue system across Sales, Marketing, Credit, Ops, and Finance Align growth initiatives with company priorities and capital efficiency Advise leadership on scale vs kill decisions for pilots
Metrics & Analytics Build dashboards to track Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC), Customer Lifetime Value (LTV), retention, pipeline conversion, revenue growth, and Return on Investment (ROI) Ensure single source of truth for revenue and performance reporting
Process Optimization Standardize workflows across teams to reduce friction and improve speed to revenue Implement tools, reporting, and data governance to support execution
Execution Enablement Support launch of initiatives such as new markets, consignment, credit pilots, and product expansions Define success and kill criteria, track performance, and recommend adjustments
Cross-Functional Alignment Act as the glue between Sales, Marketing, Credit, Ops, and Finance Facilitate communication and decision-making across teams
Qualifications
5+ years in Revenue Operations, Sales Ops, Strategic Operations, or Growth Operations
Experience managing pilots and scale initiatives in high-growth companies
Strong analytical skills with proficiency in CRMs, BI tools, Excel/Sheets, dashboards
Ability to translate data into actionable insights
Strong project management, process design, and cross-functional alignment skills
