Responsibilities:
Visit households and potential customers within assigned areas.
Introduce and promote educational reading materials.
Explain the available products to customers and close sales.
Work towards the required daily sales target.
Keep proper records of materials received and sold.
Submit sales proceeds and sales reports at the end of each working day.
Provide feedback on customer reactions and market demand.
Represent the programme professionally.
Payment:
Gold Programme
GH¢200 per working day
Minimum target: 12 sales per day
Earn up to GH¢4,000 per month
If the minimum target is not achieved, the Silver Programme payment structure applies.
Silver Programme
GH¢75 per working day
Minimum target: 5 sales per day
Earn up to GH¢1,500 per month
5–9 sales: 10% commission
10 sales and above: 20% commission
Below 5 sales: Commission only

:Transportation is catered for.
