Your Responsibilities
Close sales and confirm customer orders.
Upsell and cross-sell health products.
Follow up with interested customers.
Handle objections and customer inquiries professionally.
Maintain accurate CRM records.
Consistently meet sales and call-quality KPIs.
What We Need
2+ years of telesales, call center sales, or outbound sales experience.
Proven track record of hitting sales targets.
Strong phone-based closing and objection-handling skills.
Fluent English + at least one major Ghanaian local language.
CRM experience.
Laptop/desktop, smartphone, headset, reliable internet, and mandatory backup power.
