Social Media & Live Streaming Sales Officer

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and grow our TikTok, Facebook, Instagram and other social media accounts

Create engaging videos, posts and promotional content for our sanitary pad brand

Conduct live streaming to introduce our products, brand and promotions

Present product features and communicate with customers during live sessions

Identify and develop potential distributors, wholesalers, retailers and business customers

Contact potential customers through WhatsApp, phone calls and social media

Follow up leads generated from social media and live streaming

Maintain customer records and track sales opportunities

Support the sales team in customer development and order follow-up

Visit customers when necessary and assist with market development

Requirements:

Good communication and presentation skills

Comfortable appearing on camera and speaking during live streams

Experience in TikTok, Facebook, Instagram or live streaming is an advantage

Sales, marketing or customer development experience is preferred

Confident, energetic and willing to communicate with customers

Good English communication skills

Able to work independently and achieve sales targets
