Sales Executive

Key Responsibilities

1. Sales & Revenue Generation

Proactively engage walk-in clients, architects, interior designers, contractors, and individual homeowners visiting the showroom.

Present, demonstrate, and cross-sell our full product range (Tiles, Sanitaryware, Wellness fittings, and Home Furnishings).

Understand client project requirements, blueprints, and design needs to recommend appropriate products and custom solutions.

Prepare accurate cost estimates, quotations, and proforma invoices for clients.

Meet and exceed agreed monthly and quarterly individual sales targets.

2. Video & Digital Product Presentations

Create and conduct engaging video ad presentations, virtual showroom tours, and short product walkthrough videos

for social media channels, WhatsApp business inquiries, and remote clients (e.g., developers or diaspora buyers).

Present product features, finishes, and applications dynamically on video to generate leads and convert remote inquiries into sales.

3. Customer Relationship Management

Deliver exceptional customer service from initial inquiry through product selection, ordering, delivery, and post-sales support.

Build and maintain long-term relationships with key industry professionals, including interior designers, architects, and residential contractors.

Promptly address customer inquiries, complaints, and service requests to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and repeat business.

4. Showroom Operations & Merchandising

Ensure showroom display areas, mockups, and product sampling sections are neat, well-maintained, correctly tagged, and visually appealing.

Assist in inventory management by reporting fast-moving items, stock shortages, and client feedback on missing ranges.

Stay updated on industry trends, new product arrivals, technical specifications, and competitive offerings.
