About The Role
Dokitami is looking for a fast, conversion-focused Sales Funnel Designer to rapidly design high-converting sales funnels, landing pages, advertorials, assessment flows and campaign pages.
This is not just about making beautiful webpages. We need someone who can turn a campaign idea into a clear, persuasive, mobile-first funnel that captures attention, matches the ad, communicates the offer, builds trust, reduces friction, and generates qualified leads that move to WhatsApp/Sales.
Core Responsibilities:
Design high-converting sales funnels for Dokitami products and campaigns - sales pages, landing pages, advertorials, listicles, assessment and lead-gen funnels, product education, campaign-specific and WhatsApp conversion pages
Own funnel experience and design logic - above-the-fold design, direct-response design, assessment design, lead capture, visual quality
Rapid prototyping and rapid revision - produce multiple funnel variations for testing
Ensure ad-to-funnel continuity: Advertisement → Landing Page → Assessment → WhatsApp
Collaborate with Creative Strategist, Copywriters, Media Buyers, Sales Team and Full Stack Developer
Drive Conversion Rate Optimisation (CRO) - improve headlines, offers, pricing presentation, proof, CTA placement
Maintain reusable systems, organized files and medical/product/pricing accuracy

You are AI Proficient (Required): You must be highly capable with AI tools and use them daily to accelerate:
Market & customer research, competitor analysis, funnel ideation & wireframing, headline/copy/FAQ variations, visual concepts & image generation, UI concepts, coding support & rapid prototyping, CRO audits & test variations.
You Understand Direct Response: You understand hooks, pain points, objections, proof, offer presentation, trust & risk reduction, and friction reduction.
You are Mobile-First: Most visitors come from mobile. You design for font sizes, CTA visibility, form usability, sticky elements and safe areas.
Requirements:
Proven experience designing high-converting sales funnels / landing pages (health & wellness / D2C / direct-response is a plus)
Strong portfolio showing conversion thinking, not just aesthetics
Proficiency in Figma/design tools + AI design tools
Understanding of funnel metrics: conversion rate, assessment start/completion, WhatsApp CTR, CPL, lead quality
Ability to write/improve funnel copy when needed
Excellent communication & 5-minute responsiveness on Slack during working hours
Ownership mindset: Problem → Investigation → Options → Recommendation → Design → Test → Improve
Performance Is Measured By:
Speed, AI proficiency, conversion thinking, visual quality, mobile quality, funnel variety, copy judgement, ad-to-funnel continuity, iteration speed, collaboration, research and organisation.
Overall Expectation: You should become the person we call and say \"We have a new angle to test\" and trust to rapidly turn it into a strong, coherent and testable funnel.
