About the Role
We are looking for a highly organized and proactiveSchedulerto ensure continuous service coverage by coordinating caregiver schedules and responding quickly to changes, absences, and emergencies.This role is essential in maintaining uninterrupted client care and supporting daily operational excellence in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities:
Coordinate and assign caregivers to scheduled client services.
Monitor daily schedules and ensure full coverage of all assigned shifts.
Manage caregiver absences, cancellations, and last-minute schedule changes.
Identify and assign replacement caregivers promptly to avoid service interruptions.
Maintain ongoing communication with caregivers and clients regarding schedule confirmations, updates, and service-related issues.
Update and maintain scheduling records and workforce management systems in real time.
Track attendance, coverage, and schedule adherence metrics.
Escalate operational risks and critical coverage issues when necessary.
