We are seeking experienced independent consultants for potential project-based engagements supporting complex consulting delivery and operating model design across Nigeria and selected African markets.
Key Responsibilities
Lead complex consulting engagements, coordinating workstreams, timelines, dependencies, quality assurance and client handover.
Facilitate executive discussions and present evidence-based findings, recommendations and design trade-offs.
Independently lead operating model diagnostics and design workstreams, translating business strategy into capabilities, operating arrangements and effective interfaces.
Integrate specialist contributions while maintaining clear accountability, professional standards and scope boundaries.
Requirements
Demonstrable experience independently leading complex consulting engagements.
Proven ownership of operating model diagnostics or defined operating model design workstreams.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, stakeholder management and executive communication skills.
Ability to defend recommendations, respond to professional challenge and collaborate with other specialists.
Sound professional judgment, confidentiality and quality assurance practices.
