Summary Job Description

This is a fixed-term maternity cover within Blue Ventures’ central Programme Performance team, covering the Senior Manager – Programme Evaluation. The role will help strengthen how the organisation measures, understands and communicates impact, and how evidence informs learning, decision-making and donor reporting. It will work collaboratively with colleagues across central and regional teams, including Programme Performance, Development and Data Science.

The role brings together monitoring, evaluation and learning (MEL), grant reporting and donor alignment, quantitative data analysis, dashboard development and visualisation, and the creation of guidance and learning resources. The postholder will support colleagues to use reliable data and appropriate indicators, communicate findings clearly, and share tools and learning across a global organisation.

This position is responsible for strengthening the organisation’s ability to track progress against its Theory of Change, aligning strategic goals with measurable outcomes, and ensuring that data informs adaptive management, learning, and donor accountability. With oversight of global performance frameworks, Organisational Key Results (OKRs), and indicator tracking systems, the role provides high-level analytical support, drives consistency across regional teams, and ensures alignment between organisational and grant-specific requirements. In addition, the role leads capacity-building efforts, facilitates knowledge exchange, and manages technical support across regional teams and partners - supporting a culture of learning, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
