Key Responsibilities
Welcome customers and provide excellent customer service.
Attend to customer enquiries and assist them with their purchases.
Promote and recommend products to customers where appropriate.
Arrange and display products neatly and attractively.
Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming shop environment.
Assist with stock-taking, stock monitoring, and replenishment.
Handle sales transactions and maintain accurate sales records.
Receive and account for payments appropriately.
Monitor product availability and report low-stock items.
Support the smooth day-to-day operation of the shop.
Work effectively with other staff members to achieve sales and service targets.
Additional Responsibilities for Supervisory Placement
Candidates selected for the Shop Supervisor position will also be responsible for:
Supervising and coordinating Shop Attendants.
Monitoring daily shop activities and staff performance.
Ensuring proper cash handling and accurate sales reporting.
Addressing customer complaints and escalating issues when necessary.
Ensuring company procedures and operational standards are followed.
Preparing or submitting daily sales and operational reports.
Taking responsibility for the overall organization and smooth running of the shop.
Requirements
Female applicants only.
Previous experience in retail, sales, customer service, hospitality, or a similar role is an advantage.
Candidates with supervisory or team-lead experience will be considered for the Supervisor position.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Customer-focused and professional.
Honest, reliable, punctual, and hardworking.
Good numeracy and basic record-keeping skills.
Ability to work well independently and as part of a team.
Must be willing to work at Tseaddo, Flower Pot/Spintex, or Pantang.
Important Note
Candidates will be considered for either Shop Attendant or Shop Supervisor based on their qualifications, previous experience, and performance during the recruitment and interview process.
