Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement monthly social media content calendars.
Create, publish, and manage engaging content, including graphics, videos, reels, stories.
Manage the company’s social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Linkedin, YouTube, and WhatsApp Business.
Respond promptly to customer inquiries, comments, and messages while maintaining a positive brand reputation.
Drive audience growth, customer engagement, and brand visibility through organic and paid campaigns.
Coordinate influencer partnerships and collaborate with content creators and the Brand & Creative team.
Monitor social media trends, competitor activities, and emerging digital marketing opportunities.
Manage WhatsApp Business catalogues, promotions, and customer communications. Monitor campaign performance, prepare reports, and recommend improvements.
Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, and Customer Service teams to support integrated marketing campaigns.
Ensure all digital content aligns with the company’s brand guidelines and communication standards.
Qualifications and Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Communications, or a related field. 2-3 years’ experience in social media management, digital marketing, or content creation.
Proven experience managing business social media accounts and creating engaging digital content.
Proficiency in content creation and editing tools such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or CapCut.
Basic knowledge of social media analytics, Google Business Profile, and digital performance reporting.
Experience using social media management tools and coordinating influencer campaigns is an added advantage.
Professional certification in Social Media Marketing or Content Marketing is desirable.
