Job Summary:
Voedsel Capital is seeking a creative, organized, and customer-focused Social Media / Front Desk Officer to support the launch and daily operations of its Port Harcourt branch. The successful candidate will manage the company’s online presence while providing excellent front-desk and administrative support.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement monthly social media content plans for platforms including Instagram, Facebook, X, LinkedIn, TikTok.
Create engaging posts, captions, graphics, short videos, and stories that reflect the company’s brand.
Schedule and publish content consistently.
Monitor comments, messages, reviews, and inquiries; respond professionally and promptly.
Track social media performance and prepare weekly or monthly reports on engagement, reach, followers, and leads.
Research industry trends, competitors, and audience preferences to improve content.
Support online campaigns, promotions, and brand awareness activities.
Ensure all content is accurate, professional, and aligned with company policies.
Welcome visitors, clients, and vendors warmly and professionally.
Answer, screen, and direct incoming calls and messages.
Manage visitor sign-in records.
Handle basic customer inquiries and escalate complex issues appropriately.
Schedule appointments, meetings, and client visits.
Support the distribution of incoming and outgoing correspondence.
Maintain confidentiality of company and client information
Minimum qualifications
BA/BSc/HND
