Social Media Marketing Manager

Responsibilities

Develop and execute social media and digital marketing strategies.

Create, shoot, edit, and publish high-quality videos and other engaging content.

Be comfortable appearing on camera and promoting the brand.

Manage the company's social media platforms and maintain a consistent content calendar.

Plan, launch, monitor, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and other relevant channels.

Track campaign performance, analyze results, and recommend improvements.

Conduct marketing campaigns aimed at increasing brand awareness, users, property listings, bookings, and engagement.

Identify current social media trends and develop creative content around them.

Work with influencers, creators, and other partners to support marketing campaigns.

Develop creative concepts for promotional videos, adverts, and campaigns.

Monitor competitors and identify new opportunities for growth.

Prepare regular reports on social media and advertising performance.

Requirements

Proven experience in social media marketing and digital marketing.

Advanced video editing skills

and strong knowledge of professional editing tools.

Strong photography and videography skills.

Ability to independently shoot and produce high-quality social media videos.

Comfortable and confident

appearing on camera

Experience running and managing paid social media advertising campaigns.

Strong understanding of Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and other social platforms.

Creative mindset with excellent storytelling skills.

Ability to develop and execute marketing plans from start to finish.

Strong communication, organizational, and analytical skills.

Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Experience in a startup or fast-growing company is an added advantage.
