Key Responsibilities
Team Leadership & Operations
Creative Direction: Direct the in-house graphic designer and videographer to produce high-impact assets for both commercial fleets and aftermarket consumers.
Content Pipeline Management: Own the master editorial calendar, assigning tasks to the creative team to ensure a consistent stream of content across all brand platforms.
Brand Separation: Enforce distinct brand guidelines for each line so that heavy-duty trucks and consumer tyres retain their unique market identities.
Multi-Brand Campaign Execution
Commercial Vehicle Portfolio: Strategize content for SHACMAN (Heavy-Duty), JAC (Light-Duty), and DongFeng (Pick-up trucks) to attract fleet managers, contractors, and logistics companies.
Auto Parts & Consumables Portfolio: Drive high-volume retail engagement and product awareness for Arnold car batteries, VK filters, and GITI tyres targeting mechanics, parts retailers, and everyday drivers.
Community & Distribution Listening: Monitor message channels to answer technical customer inquiries or forward procurement leads directly to the sales team.
Required Skills and Qualifications
Experience: 2–4 years of digital marketing or social media experience, with a track record of directing or collaborating with creative teams (designers/video editors).
Industry Context: Prior experience in the Ghanaian automotive, logistics, industrial, or spare parts sectors is highly preferred.
Platform Fluency: Advanced knowledge of Facebook Business Suite, LinkedIn, Instagram, and TikTok algorithms.
Organization: Exceptional project management skills to juggle six brands without missingcdeadlines or overlapping brand voices

: GHS 3,000 – GHS 4,000 net per month
