Key Responsibilities
Perform professional massage treatments, including Swedish, deep tissue, hot stone, aromatherapy, and relaxation massages.
Provide facial treatments, body scrubs, body wraps, Hammam treatments, and other specialised spa therapies.
Conduct client consultations to understand individual needs, skin concerns, preferences, and treatment expectations.
Assess clients\' suitability for treatments and identify relevant health considerations or contraindications.
Recommend appropriate spa treatments, skincare products, and wellness packages based on clients\' needs.
Adapt treatment techniques and procedures to ensure client comfort, safety, and satisfaction.
Provide professional skincare advice, aftercare instructions, and suitable wellness recommendations.
Prepare treatment rooms and ensure all equipment, towels, oils, and beauty products are properly arranged before appointments.
Maintain excellent standards of hygiene, cleanliness, and sanitation across treatment rooms, equipment, tools, and spa facilities.
Qualifications and Experience
Relevant certification or professional training in Beauty Therapy, Massage Therapy, Spa Therapy, Cosmetology, or a related discipline.
Previous experience working in a beauty spa, wellness centre, hotel spa, or similar establishment is an advantage.
Practical knowledge of massage techniques, facial treatments, body therapies, and skincare procedures.
Good understanding of beauty and spa products, treatment equipment, hygiene standards, and client care.
