Responsibilities:
Record day-to-day transactions: payables, receivables, expenses and payroll inputs.
Prepare monthly bank reconciliations, using ReconIQ.
Support the month-end close: accruals, prepayments, fixed asset register and schedules.
Prepare VAT, WHT and PAYE schedules for review, and keep the filing calendar up to date.
Keep supporting documents organised and audit-ready.
Support client ReconIQ implementations under the Accounting Manager: data preparation, testing and reconciliation reviews.
Help prepare monthly management reports.
Requirements:
B.Sc. or HND in Accounting or a related field.
ICAN or ACCA qualification, or good progress toward one.
1–3 years of hands-on accounting experience (an audit or accounting-firm background is welcome).
Solid bank reconciliation and month-end skills; strong Excel.
Working knowledge of Nigerian tax: VAT, WHT and PAYE.
Accuracy, organisation and a willingness to learn new tools, including AI.

₦250,000 gross per month.
