Job Summary:
White Rose Drycleaners Ltd is seeking a results-driven, detail-oriented
Supervisor
to oversee daily operations, lead branch teams, maintain strict quality
controls, and drive sales targets while ensuring exceptional customer service.
Key
Responsibilities:
Operations & Quality:
Manage
day-to-day dry-cleaning operations, staff shifts, and production quality
control.
Team Leadership:
Motivate and
manage staff to achieve daily operational and sales targets.
Customer Relations:
Handle
customer inquiries and resolve complaints professionally.
Financials & Inventory:
Conduct
accurate daily financial reconciliations, manage material stocks, and
minimize wastages.
Maintenance & Safety:
Oversee
routine machine maintenance and ensure strict health and safety
compliance.
Qualifications &
Experience:
Education:
Diploma or
higher qualification in any field.
Experience:
Minimum
2+
years
in a supervisory role (operations, retail, or hospitality
preferred).
Age Requirement:
30 years
and above
.
Technical Skills:
Proficiency in
MS Excel/Word and hands-on knowledge of
POS and inventory management
systems
.
Key Attributes:
Mature,
honest, self-motivated, and capable of working under pressure to meet
tight targets.
