The company manages key logistics functions such as call center services, pick and pack, order shipping, and cash-on-delivery solutions to support growth and customer satisfaction. 36TY COURIER also offers low-cost warehousing, returns processing, remittance services, and local product registration to help organizations stay compliant and efficient. In addition, its customs clearance and virtual office services enable businesses to establish and maintain a local presence with minimal overhead while focusing on expanding sales and operations.

Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Telesales Representative role based in Accra, Ghana and Dar es salaam, Tanzania.

The Telesales Representative will make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers, present 36TY COURIER’s logistics and delivery solutions, and convert leads into sales.

Daily tasks include responding to inbound inquiries, explaining service offerings, handling objections, and following up on leads to close deals.

The role also involves maintaining accurate records of calls and customer interactions in the CRM, coordinating with operations and customer support teams, and meeting individual and team sales targets.

The Telesales Representative will contribute to customer retention by providing professional, timely information and ensuring a positive customer experience.

Qualifications

Candidates should possess strong Communication skills to explain services clearly and build rapport with customers.

Candidates should possess solid Customer Service and Customer Support skills to handle inquiries, resolve issues, and maintain satisfaction.

Candidates should possess proven Sales skills to generate leads, close deals, and meet or exceed performance targets.

Candidates should possess Training-related skills to quickly learn service offerings, internal processes, and compliance requirements.

Comfort using phones, CRM tools, and basic computer applications.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with clear attention to detail and follow-through.

Prior telesales, call center, or logistics industry experience is an advantage.

Minimum of a high school diploma; further education in Business, Marketing, or related fields is beneficial.
