The role supports professionals who plan, deliver, and measure staff training to build skills and support business performance.

Role & Responsibilities

Conducting training needs analysis across teams and departments.

Designing and updating training plans, curricula, and learning materials.

Delivering inductions, workshops, and skills sessions in person and online.

Coordinating external trainers, vendors, and certification programmes.

Tracking attendance, completion, and training budgets.

Measuring training effectiveness and reporting on results.

Supporting performance development, onboarding, and career growth plans.

Maintaining training records and learning data.

Skills & Qualifications

Must-Have

3+ years in a training, learning and development, or HR role.

Degree or diploma in Human Resource Management, Education, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.

Experience designing and delivering training sessions to groups.

Strong facilitation and presentation skills.

Ability to assess skills gaps and recommend suitable training.

Good Excel and reporting skills.

Business fluent English, written and spoken.

Right to work in Ghana or Nigeria.

Preferred

Experience with a learning management system or e-learning tools.

Experience delivering technical, safety, or compliance training.

Professional qualification such as CIPM, SHRM, CIPD, or a train the trainer certificate.

Experience running training across multiple sites or teams.

Experience with remote or virtual training delivery.
