Travel Consultant
A Travel Consultant is responsible for assisting clients with travel arrangements, including flight bookings, hotel reservations, visa guidance, holiday packages, and other travel-related services.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle flight reservations, ticketing, reissues, and refunds.
Provide competitive fares and travel itinerary options.
Arrange hotel bookings, airport transfers, and holiday packages.
Assist clients with visa requirements and travel documentation.
Manage corporate travel accounts and client relationships.
Provide excellent customer service and resolve travel-related issues.
Follow up on quotations, bookings, and payments.
Use GDS systems such as Amadeus, Sabre, or Travelport.
Required Skills:
Good communication and customer service skills.
Knowledge of airline fares, ticketing rules, and travel regulations.
Experience with GDS reservation systems.
Strong sales, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
Attention to detail and the ability to work under pressure.
Must be IATA qualified
