Role Purpose
A hands-on technical role focused on tyre maintenance, tyre inspection, and tyre performance management for commercial truck and bus fleets.
The primary requirement is practical tyre maintenance and tyre inspection experience — this is not a general Fleet Supervisor or Vehicle Maintenance position.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct complete wheel/tyre inspections, fleet tyre inspections, and scrap tyre inspections
Identify tyre-related maintenance issues and recommend corrective actions
Train customer personnel on tyre maintenance
Provide technical support to the Sales team
Conduct product and tyre performance evaluations
Report competitor and market information
Lead the Truck Force team and service activities
Minimum Requirements (Essential)
Practical, hands-on tyre maintenance and tyre inspection experience is mandatory
Experience in tyre management, tyre service, or fleet tyre operations
Experience with commercial truck/bus tyre maintenance
Background in Truck Force operations or similar tyre service environments
Ability to conduct scrap tyre inspections and identify tyre-related issues
Strong technical knowledge of tyre products, wear patterns, and performance
Preferred backgrounds: Tyre manufacturers/distributors, tyre service companies, OTR/industrial tyre operations.
