Key Responsibilities
Teaching Twi (Ghanaian Language) at all levels (Basic to JHS)
Teaching all relevant areas of the Twi curriculum as approved by GES
Planning, preparing, and delivering engaging lessons for learners of varying abilities
Organizing the classroom and learning resources to create a positive learning environment
Creating attractive and educational classroom displays in Twi
Preparing, assessing, and marking students’ work to support academic development
Motivating pupils through enthusiastic and imaginative teaching methods
Maintaining discipline and ensuring effective classroom management
Working independently with minimal supervision
QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS
Minimum of Diploma or Degree in Ghanaian Language (Twi), Education, or related field
At least 3 years of relevant teaching experience
Excellent fluency in speaking, reading and writing Twi
Good communication, interpersonal and classroom management skills
Ability to work independently and effectively.
