Responsibilities:
Follow Routes: Complete planned routes with the TSM/ATSM and achieve at least 80% route compliance.
Deliver Promptly: Respond quickly and deliver the correct products to customers on time.
Maintain Vehicle: Inspect the van daily, report faults early, and follow up on repairs to limit downtime to no more than 3 days monthly.
Drive Safely: Follow traffic rules and prevent avoidable accidents and violations.
Support the Team: Work closely with the sales team and achieve above 80% internal customer satisfaction.
Control Fuel Use: Keep accurate fuel and mileage records and maintain fuel consumption variance below 15%
Requirements:
Minimum of SSCE (OND is an added advantage)
4- 5 years of commercial driving experience (FMCG experience is a plus)
Safe driving and excellent road knowledge, GPS Navigation (Google Maps),
Basic vehicle maintenance and Customer service orientation.
High Integrity, High Energy, and Customer Obsession.
Location: Isolo, Lagos
Remuneration: NGN 150,000- 200,000 Monthly
