Key Responsibilities:
Welcome and attend to guests in a friendly and professional manner.
Present menus and provide customers with information about available food and beverages.
Take customer orders accurately and communicate them promptly to the kitchen and bar.
Serve food and beverages efficiently and professionally.
Check on customers regularly to ensure they are satisfied with their orders
Respond to customer questions and requests appropriately.
Maintain clean and organized tables and service areas.
Process customer requests and coordinate with other team members to ensure smooth service.
Handle customer concerns professionally and refer issues to management when necessary.
Follow established hygiene, service, and safety standards.
Support other restaurant operations as required.
Requirements:
1–2 years of experience as a waiter/waitress or in a similar hospitality role.
Excellent customer service and communication skills.
Friendly, reliable, and professional attitude.
Ability to work effectively as part of a team
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Willingness to work weekends, public holidays, and night shifts.
Good personal hygiene and professional appearance.

6:00 AM – 2:00 AM (shift-based)
