Ward Personal Assistant - Mang'u Ward

Requirements for Appointment:

Must be an adult Kenyan Citizen.

Must hold at least a secondary education qualification.

Proficiency in English and Kiswahili.

Be computer literate

The following are the duties and responsibilities for the partisan staff:

Provide administrative and institutional support to the Member;

Keep the Member well informed about the day-to-day office operations

Submitting monthly returns on Ward Office operations imprest;

Draft official correspondence for the Member;

Prioritize incoming mail and enquiries;

Undertake general office management;

Ensuring prompt settlement of utility services bills.

Maintain a Member's diary at the office by recording all major events that require the Member's attention;

Supervise other staff in the office;

Custodian of office assets and records; and,

Any other relevant duties as may be assigned by the Member.
