.Job Description
Identify and open wholesale accounts: distributors, market traders, chain retailers, institutional buyers
Hit monthly and quarterly volume and revenue targets
Negotiate pricing, credit terms and volume commitments within approved limits
Work the major trade hubs in person — Makola, Kaneshie, Suame Magazine, Kumasi Central, Takoradi, Tamale
Maintain a clean pipeline and submit weekly sales reports
Support planning for the warehouse launch — stock mix, minimum order quantities, delivery expectations
Requirements
An existing network among wholesalers, distributors or market traders (strongly preferred)
Comfortable with field selling: this role is spent in the market, not behind a desk
Strong negotiator, credible with owner-operators and buying managers
HND or degree in Marketing, Business or a related field
Fluent in English; a widely spoken local language (Twi, Ga, Ewe, Hausa) is an advantage
Valid driver's licence and willingness to travel nationwide
Candidates should be goal-oriented with good communication and negotiation skills.
A minimum of one year of sales experience from any industry is sufficient.

: There is no strict educational requirement for field sales applicants.
