Methodology
Source. RezSync continuously collects publicly advertised job listings in Nigeria from Nigerian job boards and official job feeds. Every figure is recalculated from the live board daily.
Population. A listing counts if it has a job title, an employer name and a description, and either has no closing date or one on or after the observation date: 1,664 listings as of 1 November 2026.
Sector is assigned by RezSync classification; unclassified listings are left out of the sector chart only. Places are as each listing states them.
Deliberately not reported: employer rankings, salaries and time-to-close, which too few listings state reliably. This describes the advertised market only.
