As part of this mission, we are building a nationwide network of technically skilled deployment professionals to deliver our solutions directly to customers.

About the Opportunity

We are recruiting Forward Deployment Technicians across Ghana to install, configure, test, troubleshoot, and hand over AASS solutions at customer locations.

Our initial objective is to establish at least one approved technician in every region, with opportunities to onboard additional contractors as demand grows.

This is a flexible, independent contractor opportunity rather than a salaried position. Assignments depend on customer demand, technical suitability, availability, and performance. No minimum number of assignments is guaranteed.

Key Responsibilities

As an AASS Forward Deployment Technician, you will:

✅ Install and configure GPS vehicle tracking devices, including vehicle wiring and functional testing.

✅ Deploy CCTV and AI-powered surveillance systems, including IP cameras, PoE switches, network cabling, and edge computing equipment.

✅ Install smart water monitoring and automation systems, including water-level sensors, pump controllers, and irrigation equipment.

✅ Support smart-home, building automation, and access-control installations according to your qualifications and training.

✅ Assess site conditions and report any additional technical requirements before proceeding.

✅ Troubleshoot installation issues and ensure all deployed systems operate according to AASS standards.

✅ Demonstrate completed systems to customers and explain basic operation.

✅ Complete installation reports, submit photographs and test evidence, and obtain customer handover confirmation.

✅ Coordinate with the AASS Operations & Fulfilment team and provide timely updates on assignments.

✅ Maintain professional workmanship, follow safety procedures, and protect customer information and company equipment.

Essential Requirements

✔️ Own a reliable car suitable for customer site visits and hold a valid driving licence.

✔️ Be based in Ghana and willing to travel within your assigned region.

✔️ Demonstrate practical skills in installation, basic wiring, troubleshooting, or electronics.

✔️ Be comfortable using smartphones and computers to configure and test equipment.

✔️ Communicate professionally with customers and maintain accurate installation records.

✔️ Be willing to complete AASS technical screening, practical assessments, and onboarding.

Previous experience with GPS trackers, CCTV/IP cameras, networking, pumps, or smart automation is an advantage, but not mandatory for every applicant.

Compensation & Opportunities

💰 Transparent payment per approved installation assignment

Additional benefits:

Potential for recurring assignments based on customer demand and performance.

3–5% referral commission on net profit for qualifying customer projects, subject to the contractor agreement.

Assignment fees and approved travel allowances are confirmed before deployment. Payment is due within seven days after verified satisfactory completion and submission of required documentation, under the contractor agreement.

AASS supplies or arranges installation hardware unless otherwise agreed.
