The candidate must be capable of assisting the Cost Controller to:
Reconcile store reports to accounting reports
Prepare daily beverage reconciliation report
Prepare and analyze monthly food and beverage cost reports
Observe and perform stock counts in all stores and outlets
Review all store requisitions, ensuring that requisition procedures are adhered to by all departments
Ensure par stock in all bars are maintained and that no overs are issued
Control Food Cost
Assist the Chef with menu costing
Implement all cost control procedures
Perform all other related tasks
Qualification Required & Experience
At least HND/1st Degree in Accounting/Economics or CIMA Part 2 or related field qualification
At least 3 years’ working experience in a similar position
