Diploma in any of the following disciplines: Hotel Management; Housekeeping and Front Office Management, Housekeeping and laundry operations, Hospitality Management or a related qualification from a recognised institution;
Proficiency in Computer application; and
Shown merit and ability as reflected in work performance and results.
