Job Summary

We are seeking a friendly, professional, and highly organized Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for guests and clients, ensuring a warm welcome while providing efficient front desk services.

Key Responsibilities

Greet and welcome guests in a courteous and professional manner

Handle check-ins and check-outs efficiently

Respond to guest inquiries, requests, and complaints in a timely manner

Maintain accurate guest records and reservations

Process payments and issue receipts

Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments to ensure guest satisfaction

Adhere to company policies and standard operating procedures

Qualifications & Requirements

Diploma or Certificate in Hospitality Management, Front Office Operations, or a related field

Proven experience as a receptionist or in a customer service role (preferably in hospitality)

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and hotel management systems (e.g., Opera is an added advantage)
