Key Responsibilities
Identify and acquire new poultry farmers, feed retailers, and commercial distributors.
Actively promote and sell the company’s range of quality poultry feed products.
Conduct frequent farm visits and meet prospective business customers to generate direct sales leads.
Build, nurture, and maintain robust long-term relationships with existing clients.
Consistently meet and exceed assigned monthly sales volume and revenue targets.
Follow up diligently on customer orders, payment collections, and repeat order cycles.
Monitor competitor activities, market price trends, and emerging customer requirements.
Prepare regular sales performance reports and maintain updated, accurate customer record files.
Explore new geographic markets and identify commercial opportunities for ongoing business growth.
Qualifications & Requirements
Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Agribusiness, or a related field.
Driving Ability: Must know how to drive and possess a valid Driver’s Licence.
Prior experience in sales—preferably within poultry feed, animal nutrition, or agribusiness—is a strong advantage.
Strong communication, negotiation, and customer relationship management skills.
Demonstrated ability to meet targets, work independently, and take initiative in the field.
Willingness to travel regularly across assigned territories for field sales operations.
