Key Responsibilities
Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to customer orders.
Welcome customers and provide information about available drinks.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area.
Monitor beverage stock and report shortages.
Handle customer orders and payments accurately where required.
Follow responsible service practices and applicable alcohol service regulations.
Ensure bar equipment and utensils are properly cleaned and maintained.
Provide friendly and professional service to customers.
Requirements
Previous bartending or hospitality experience is an advantage.
Knowledge of beverages, cocktails, and drink preparation is an added advantage.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Honest, attentive, and customer-focused.
Ability to work flexible shifts, including evenings and weekends.
Ability to work efficiently in a busy environment.
