Identify and develop partnerships with schools, institutions, community organisations and other relevant stakeholders within the region.

Build and maintain strong relationships with local partners and networks to support business growth.

Identify new market opportunities and develop practical strategies to increase the branch's visibility, enrolment and revenue.

Monitor branch performance against agreed targets and provide regular reports to management.

Address operational issues promptly and provide clear direction to staff.

Represent the organisation professionally within the Eldoret market and build a strong local presence.

Required Qualifications and Skills:

The ideal candidate should have:

5 –7 years of relevant professional experience, preferably covering operations management, business development, sales and/or student recruitment.

Demonstrated experience managing teams and overseeing day-to-day operations.

Strong business development and sales capabilities, with a proven ability to identify opportunities and convert them into results.

Experience building and managing relationships with schools, institutions, community networks or other strategic partners.

Strong leadership, communication, negotiation and people-management skills.

The ability to work independently, take ownership and make sound decisions in a developing business environment.

A strong commercial mindset and demonstrated ability to work towards and achieve revenue targets.

Good understanding of the local market and its business environment will be an advantage.

Knowledge of the local dialect and community networks will be an added advantage, particularly for building trust and developing business relationships within the region.

What Success Looks Like

The successful candidate will be expected to establish a well-run, commercially active branch that is capable of generating sustainable revenue.

Success will be measured through effective branch operations, staff performance, student recruitment and conversion, strategic partnerships, market development and overall revenue growth
