Job Description

We are seeking a Brand & Manager to develop, execute and manage the company’s marketing activities. This is a mid-level role, reporting to the head of marketing and responsible for strengthening brand positioning, driving visibility, supporting business growth, and ensuring consistent brand expression across all touchpoints

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement Company's brand strategy across all business verticals

Ensure consistent brand identity, messaging, and tone across digital, print, media, and events

Own and enforce brand guidelines and quality standards

Lead integrated marketing campaigns aligned with business and commercial objectives

Work closely with business units to translate technical solutions into compelling market-facing narratives

Oversee content development, campaign planning, and execution across channel

Support executive profiling and corporate storytelling

Oversee digital marketing strategy including website, social media, email marketing, and analytics

Monitor performance metrics and optimise campaigns to improve ROI

Manage and mentor marketing team members and vendors

Collaborate with internal stakeholders across divisions

Manage budgets, timelines, and reporting

Qualifications

Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a brand, marketing, or communications management role

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field

Relevant professional certifications are an added advantage

Proven experience managing brand strategy and integrated marketing campaigns

Experience working in B2B, engineering, infrastructure, technology, or healthcare environments is an advantage

Minimum qualifications

BA/BSc/HND
