Business Manager at Twyford Tile

Key Responsibilities

Liaise with national and county government agencies,regulators and other public institutions.

Obtain, renew, and maintain business licences,permits, and regulatory approvals,including KRA, NEMA, county permits,work permits, and KEBS requirements.

Monitor changes in Kenyan laws and regulations and advise management on compliance obligations.

Review contracts and agreements and coordinate with external legal counsel when necessary.

Support project development initiatives,including land acquisition,utilities,investment incentives and local procurement.

Build and maintain strong relationships with government stakeholders,business partners and local communities.

Prepare management reports,compliance updates and strategic recommendations.

Qualifications & Experience

Bachelor’s degree in Law or a related field.Admission as an Advocate of the High Court of Kenya will be an added advantage.

Relevant experience in the manufacturing industry.

Strong understanding of Kenya’s national and county government systems,regulatory frameworks and public-sector processes.

An established network of relevant government and regulatory contacts will be an advantage.

Excellent communication,negotiation,relationship-management and problem-solving skills.

High integrity, sound judgement and the ability to work independently.
