Our client, a Ghanaian based oil and gas company specialized in import and export services is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Commercial Manager to support their team.
Job Title: Commercial Manager
Location: Airport-City Ghana
Job Summary:
The successful candidate will play a crucial role as a Commercial Manager in leading commercial activities, drive business growth and strengthen our market position in the downstream oil and gas industry.
Duties & Key Responsibilities:
The successful applicant will be responsible for:
· Develop and execute business development and sales strategies.
· Identify and pursue new market opportunities in the downstream sector.
· Analyze market trends and fuel pricing to inform commercial decisions.
· Build and maintain strong relationships with key B2B clients, partners and stakeholders.
· Work with internal teams to ensure efficient trading, distribution and supply operations
Experience & Qualification:
· Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics or a related field. An MBA is an advantage.
· Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a Commercial Manager role within the oil industry (downstream oil and gas).
· Strong background in B2B sales and business development.
· Familiarity with petroleum trading and distribution
