Responsibilities:
Respond
to customer enquiries through calls, messages, and other communication
channels.
Provide
accurate information about the organisation's products and services.
Handle
customer complaints and resolve issues professionally.
Follow
up with customers to ensure their concerns are properly addressed.
Maintain
accurate records of customer interactions.
Escalate
complex issues to the appropriate team when necessary.
Support
other customer service activities as required.
Requirements:
A minimum of an SSCE
Good
spoken and written English.
Basic
mathematical skills.
Computer
literate.
Good
communication and interpersonal skills.
Must
demonstrate a high level of integrity and professionalism.
Candidates must reside within Agric, Ogolonto, or Ikorodu Garage, Lagos State.
Must be willing to commit to working with the organisation for a minimum of one year.
Location: Agric, Ikorodu, Lagos State
Remuneration: NGN 80,000 Monthly
