We are looking for a strategic, analytical, and results-driven Digital Marketing & Online Growth Manager to drive our online visibility, customer acquisition, and business growth.
AGE REQUIREMENT: 35 YEARS AND BELOW.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Develop and execute effective digital marketing strategies.
Plan, manage, and optimise paid advertising campaigns across Meta, Google, TikTok, and other platforms.
Develop strategies for lead generation and customer acquisition.
Manage advertising budgets and maximise return on investment.
Monitor campaign performance, analyse data, and prepare marketing reports.
Develop and implement email and WhatsApp marketing campaigns.
Identify opportunities for online growth and business expansion.
Monitor website traffic, SEO, and online conversion performance.
Collaborate with the Social Media Manager to maximise content reach and marketing results.
Track leads from initial enquiry through to consultation, booking, and conversion.
REQUIREMENTS
Proven experience in digital marketing or online growth management.
Strong knowledge of Meta Ads, Google Ads, and TikTok Ads.
Demonstrable experience in lead generation and conversion optimisation.
Good understanding of SEO, analytics, and digital marketing tools.
Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage marketing budgets and measure campaign ROI.
Excellent communication and reporting skills.
Creative, proactive, innovative, and results-oriented.
Must provide evidence of previous campaigns, results, or a professional portfolio.
Experience in healthcare, wellness, or service-based marketing is an added advantage.
