KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Create engaging content for social media platforms (photos, videos, reels and graphics).
Manage and grow social media accounts across relevant platforms.
Support digital marketing campaigns to drive brand awareness and sales.
Respond to customer inquiries and engage with online audiences.
Assist with product promotions, offers and new product launches.
Monitor social media performance and prepare reports.
Support online sales and implement strategies to increase conversions.
REQUIREMENTS
Diploma or degree in a relevant field (Marketing. Communications or similar).
Knowledge of digital marketing and social media management.
Creativity in content creation. video editing and graphic design.
Interest in beauty products, skincare and cosmetics.
Good communication. organisation and copywriting skills.
Understanding of social media trends and online customer engagement.
Ability to use tools such as Canva and video editing applications.
Minimum qualifications
BA/BSc/HND , Diploma
