About the Role:
To ensure safe, timely, and accurate delivery of orders to customers while maintaining high standards of customer service, road safety, and asset care.
Key Responsibilities:
Delivery & Distribution: Deliver customer orders promptly and accurately. Pick and dispatch orders from shops/warehouse.
Confirm deliveries and handle products with care.
Route Planning & Efficiency: Plan efficient routes using GPS to avoid delays and optimize fuel usage.
Customer Service: Be professional and courteous to customers.
Vehicle & Motorbike Management: Conduct daily checks and keep vehicle roadworthy.
Compliance & Safety: Follow traffic laws and use protective gear.
Documentation & Reporting: Maintain delivery logs and report incidents.
Requirements & Qualifications
Valid driving and motorcycle licence (Class A, B, C, and E)
Certificate of good conduct (Police Clearance Certificate)
Good knowledge of Nairobi and effective time management
Basic vehicle and motorcycle maintenance knowledge
High integrity and accountability
Strong customer service and communication skills
Minimum qualifications
BA/BSc/HND
