Responsibilities:
Supervise
security guards and officers, manage shift schedules and provide training.
Monitor
factory, warehouse and residential security.
Oversee
patrols, surveillance and emergency response.
Enforce
company policies, safety procedures and Standard Operating Procedures
(SOPs).
Document
incidents, conduct preliminary investigations and submit regular
management reports.
Oversee
staff, visitor, and vehicle entry, manage logs and secure restricted
areas.
Identify
security vulnerabilities, coordinate with law enforcement and maintain
security equipment.
Requirements:
HND in Peace and Conflict Studies, Security Management or any related
discipline.
Minimum
of two years’ experience in corporate or industrial security management.
Excellent
communication, investigative and report-writing skills.
Strong
knowledge of access control, emergency response and SOP enforcement.
Remuneration: NGN 170,000 gross monthly
