Responsibilities:
Making sure all work complies with relevant codes, regulations and best industry practice/standards.
Installing security and safety alarm systems/equipment.
Respond to emergency service calls.
Maintain and document work performed.
Completing all assignments in a timely manner.
Performing regular inspections and maintenance.
Diagnose and repair any problems
Completing full installations.
Travelling occasionally to client locations.
Reading, understanding, and following product manuals.
Educating customers on care and maintenance
Writing service and status reports.
Analyzing plans.
Provide excellent customer service.
Testing all features and equipment to ensure optimum functioning.
Maintain a clean and safe workspace
Other duties as assigned
Requirements:
Associate or technical degree.
Track record of excellent customer service.
Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
Excellent problem-solving skills.
Alarm system experience.
Valid driver's license.
A willingness to work after hours and on weekends on short notice.
