Key Responsibilities
Inspect, clean, and perform basic mechanical maintenance of molds and machines.
Diagnose and record mechanical faults and follow up on repair activities.
Monitor machine performance and report any abnormalities regularly.
Maintain and repair mechanical and pneumatic systems in line with manuals and technical standards.
Record all maintenance activities and breakdowns in maintenance logs and reports.
Support preventive-maintenance plans and monitor equipment performance to avoid recurring faults.
Qualifications & Competencies
Education: Technical diploma or higher in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
Experience: 0–3 years in mechanical maintenance work.
Language: English (reading technical instructions and fault descriptions).
Certifications: Not required.
Technical Knowledge
Mechanical maintenance and troubleshooting.
Use of mechanical tools and measuring instruments.
Understanding of pneumatic systems and mechanical assemblies.
Behavioral Competencies
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Good communication, teamwork, and reliability.
Problem-solving mindset and willingness to learn.
Ability to work safely under production pressure.
