Export Sales Executive

Specific Tasks:

• Build sound export customer base through recruiting and bringing on companies, hardwares and other potential customers.

• Develop a visible brand of our products in the East African Region.

• Assist in logistical arrangement to close the sales.

• Achieving the set daily/weekly/monthly sales target for products across the board.

• Respond to sales inquiries as and when they arise pertaining to the products or service.

• Analyze the territory/market’s potential and determine the value of existing and prospective customer’s value to the organization.

• Provide feedback on current market situations as well as carrying out market price comparisons.

• Act as an interface between the Export customers and the Company by offering optimal customer service delivery.

• Generate timely Export field reports and share with the supervisor for decision making.

• Ensure timely customer payments and assist in debt collection where applicable.

Minimum Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in international business, Marketing, business administration or related field

• at least 2 years’ experience in export sales or regional trade

Other Qualifications and Skills

• Excellent verbal and written communication

• Excellent proven negotiation skills

• Problem solving skills

• Good interpersonal skills

• Fluency in Swahili and ability to speak French
