External Marketer at Medprime Training College

MedPrime Training College is seeking a proactive, results-driven External Marketer to drive student recruitment, promote college programmes, and expand market presence within Kisumu and its surrounding areas.

Key Responsibilities

Student Recruitment: Identify, engage, and recruit prospective students to meet assigned enrolment targets for short courses and long-term programmes.

Field Marketing: Conduct regular field visits to schools, hospitals, clinics, businesses, churches, and other potential student recruitment centres.

Lead Generation: Generate and maintain a consistent pipeline of prospective students through direct engagement, referrals, and community outreach.

Partnership Development: Establish and maintain relationships with schools, healthcare facilities, community organisations, and other strategic partners to support student recruitment.

Programme Promotion: Promote MedPrime Training College programmes, intakes, and training opportunities through face-to-face marketing and approved promotional materials.

Follow-Up and Conversion: Follow up on enquiries, prospective students, and referrals to convert leads into confirmed enrolments.

Market Intelligence: Monitor competitor activities, identify emerging market opportunities, and provide feedback on student needs and market trends in Kisumu.

Reporting and Target Achievement: Submit daily field activity reports, maintain accurate lead records, and provide regular enrolment updates while working towards assigned recruitment targets.

Duty Station: Kisumu Campus, with regular fieldwork within Kisumu and surrounding areas.

Ideal Candidate:

A persuasive communicator with strong interpersonal skills, a proactive field-marketing approach, and the ability to work independently and deliver measurable enrolment results.
