We are seeking a creative, dynamic, and experienced Social Media Marketer and Professional Photographer to capture our vibrant school community, manage our digital presence, and drive our brand engagement forward.

Key Responsibilities

● Content Creation & Photography: Capture high-quality photographs and videography of daily school life, classroom learning, laboratory sessions, sports, extracurricular activities, and major school events (e.g., assemblies, productions, and key stage celebrations).

● Social Media Management: Plan, schedule, and manage engaging content across all official digital platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, and YouTube) to build brand awareness and showcase school achievements.

● Campaign & Event Coverage: Lead live coverage and multimedia documentation for school open days, parent dinners, admissions drives, and student delegations.

● Brand Storytelling: Design visually striking digital graphics, reels, and promotional stories that resonate with prospective parents, current families, and the broader educational community.

● Analytics & Growth: Monitor social media metrics, track audience engagement, and provide regular reports to refine digital marketing strategies.

Qualifications & Requirements

● Education: Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Journalism, Multimedia Arts, or a related field. Professional certifications in digital marketing or photography are a strong advantage.

● Experience:

○ Minimum of 2–3 years of proven professional experience in social media management and commercial or event photography, ideally within an educational institution, corporate setting, or creative agency.

○ A robust, demonstrable portfolio showcasing mastery of digital photography, lighting, post-processing, and successful social media campaigns.

● Technical Skills:

○ Proficiency in professional camera equipment (DSLR/Mirrorless) and lighting setups.

○ Advanced working knowledge of editing suites (Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom, Premiere Pro, or equivalent).

○ Strong familiarity with content scheduling tools, social media algorithms, and paid ad campaigns (Meta Ads, Google Ads).

● Personal Attributes: Exceptional creative vision, strong organizational and time-management skills, ability to interact professionally with students, parents, and staff, and a keen eye for detail.
