F&B Manager – Akosombo, Ghana

Our client, a Boutique Hotel in Ghana, is seeking an experienced and passionate

F&B Manager

, to join their prestigious luxury resort in Akosombo, Ghana.

The successful candidate will lead their dynamic team across multiple outlets, including all-day dining restaurants, bars and private events. He/ She will bring a strong leadership presence, a commitment to excellence, and a deep understanding of luxury hospitality standards.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee all Food & Beverage operations, ensuring seamless service and guest satisfaction.

Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team across restaurants, bars, and banqueting.

Manage budgets, forecasting, cost control, and inventory to optimize profitability.

Collaborate with the Executive Chef to innovate and refine menus, beverage offerings, and guest experiences.

Maintain compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards.

Drive guest engagement, monitor feedback, and implement service enhancements.

Uphold the resort’s brand values and luxury service standards at all times.

Key Qualifications

Degree in Food Service Management, Hospitality, or related field from a recognized institution.

Minimum 5 years’ experience in a senior Food & Beverage leadership role within a 4 or 5-star resort or luxury hotel environment.

Proven ability to lead large teams and deliver exceptional guest experiences.

Strong beverage expertise — including wine pairing, mixology, and bar operations.

Strong financial acumen and operational management skills.

Impeccable attention to detail and commitment to excellence.

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational abilities.

A genuine passion for hospitality and innovation in dining.
