Job Summary
Marsand Bespoke Joinery is seeking a proactive, confident, and results-driven Field Marketing Specialist to increase the company's visibility, identify potential clients, and generate business opportunities for its bespoke furniture and interior solutions.
Job Responsibilities
Promote Marsand's services to potential clients, property developers, architects, contractors, and interior designers.
Identify and generate business leads through field visits, networking, referrals, and prospecting.
Build and maintain relationships with prospective clients and industry professionals.
Identify residential and commercial projects requiring bespoke furniture and joinery solutions.
Represent the company professionally and promote its premium brand positioning.
Maintain accurate records of prospects, project requirements, and business opportunities.
Develop leads through consistent communication and follow-up.
Monitor market activities and identify potential areas for business growth.
Submit regular reports on field activities, leads generated, and opportunities identified.
Requirements
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and persuasion skills.
Confidence in approaching and engaging prospective clients.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Good organisational, record-keeping, and reporting skills.
Willingness to travel for field marketing activities.
Previous experience in field marketing, sales, or business development is an advantage.
Knowledge of furniture, interior design, construction, or real estate is an added advantage.
Performance Expectations
The successful candidate will be assessed based on the quality of leads generated, prospective clients engaged, project opportunities identified, consistency of field activities, reporting, and contribution to business development.
Ideal Candidate:
A self-motivated and commercially aware individual who can independently identify business opportunities, build professional relationships, and turn field activities into meaningful business leads.
