Field Sales & Collection Officer

Our client, a layaway sales and retail business, is hiring Field Sales & Collection Officers. Male and female are welcome to apply.

What you’ll do

Find and approach prospective customers and explain the layaway payment system

Explain prices, instalment plans, deadlines and company rules clearly

Visit customers to collect scheduled payments

Issue approved receipts and record every payment accurately

Submit daily collection and follow-up reports

Follow up respectfully on missed payments

Safeguard company funds, receipts and customer information

What we’re looking for

SHS qualification or above

Strong communication and customer-service skills

Honest, punctual, disciplined and hardworking

Comfortable working in the field and meeting reasonable targets

Sales or collection experience is an advantage; entry-level applicants are welcome

What’s offered

Starting Salary of GH₵1,000 to GH₵1,500 per month depending on suitability.
